Brief Overview

The Ngozi Chukwugbo Foundation is a registered Nigerian nonprofit committed to expanding access and equal opportunity for all.

We design and deliver initiatives that enable children, youth, men, and women in the communities we serve to build a strong foundation in education, entrepreneurship, health, and cultural identity. Every program is tied to measurable outcomes and documented for transparency.

Our Mission

To empower individuals and communities through quality education, enterprise development, accessible healthcare, sustainable living practices, and the preservation of Igbo culture, fostering self-reliance and social progress.

Our Vision and Focus

BUILDING A UNIVERSITY TOWN AND ECO-RESORT CLUSTER IN OZUBULU

The core thrust of NCF is the Ngozi Chukwugbo university town and eco-resort- An integrated cluster where education, industry and enterprise, agriculture, tourism and conservation reinforce each other.

Our Target

Our targets are school aged children, youths and women. We are mostly interested in assisting the poor who have disproportionate access to education and opportunities for employment and empowerment.

Core Focus Areas & Objectives

Our work is organized around four focal areas that address the most pressing needs in our host communities and support the establishment of Ngozi Chukwugbo University, which is currently in progress:

1. Education & Enterprise Development:

We build human capital by identifying skills gaps, running entrepreneur workshops for youth, awarding scholarships, and linking learners to internship opportunities with local MSMEs.

2. Healthcare:

We improve primary health access through free community outreaches, health education in schools and markets, and support for temporary and permanent clinic infrastructure.

3. Community Development & Sustainable Living:

We deliver infrastructure and environmental projects that serve both the community and the university, including road maintenance, rural bridges, sustainable bamboo and other trees planting programs.

4. Igbo Studies & Cultural Renaissance:

We document, preserve, and promote Igbo language, history, and arts through oral history projects, youth language classes, cultural festivals, and publications on folklore and traditional governance.

Our Board

The Foundation is governed by a board of professionals and community leaders with experience in education, health, law, and development. When you support NCF, you invest in both people and institutions — creating impact today and building capacity for the future.
